Happytel Retail Group is seeking an experienced accountant to lead financial analysis, reporting, compliance, and payroll processing. You will develop strategies to improve profitability, ensure Australian accounting standards compliance, and prepare management reports with variance analysis.

You will oversee payroll, implement controls, manage GST for AU/NZ, and drive improvements in NetSuite/Xero. Mentoring junior staff and advising on lease impacts are included.
