Uniting AgeWell is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver focused home-based services for older clients under Support at Home and STRC programs.
You will work to maximise independence and wellbeing in the community, with regular team meetings and clinical supervision.
Applicants must have a recognised OT qualification, current AHPRA registration, and the ability to work autonomously within a team, with a valid driver's license and Australian working rights.
