Baillie Hill is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee beverage operations across two venues and three bars in East Victoria Park, with a fourth bar planned for the summer.

This hands‐on leadership role requires structure, robust commercial management, stock control, menu development and team training in a rapid-paced hospitality workplace.
