Pacific Claims is seeking a Senior Claims Officer to triage incoming claims and support a team of Loss Adjusters towards settlement. You will be the first contact for new claims, gather and check documentation, and coordinate with service providers for productive site inspections.
With at least 5 years in General Insurance claims, you will bring strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
