The ALH Hotels Enfield Gaming Lounge is seeking a Gaming Manager to lead the gaming room operations with a focus on guest experience and compliance. You will manage staff, ensure safe gaming practices, and drive a premium service standard across all shifts.

Responsibilities include building relationships with regulars, collaborating with the Publican, sharing expertise with the team, and delivering friendly, effective service in a busy, customer-focused environment.
