- Detailed design of varying structures including retail / showroom, commercial and retail, aged care
- Hands-on design, some Project management, and site visits
- Involvement in a good selection of clients
- Opportunity to work autonomously on smaller projects as you gain the experience to take on larger ones.
- Promotion within 2 years; tailored progression plans.
