ARC'TERYX in Australia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead attraction and acquisition of talent for ANZ Retail teams. You will partner with people leaders to identify needs and build a solid candidate experience throughout the hire process.

You will own full-cycle recruitment, source and interview candidates, develop scorecards with hiring managers, and ensure data-driven strategies across the region, while supporting onboarding and contract setup in Workday.
