An exciting prospect is available for a Process Validation Specialist to join their Rutherford manufacturing facility on an initial 4-month contract. Working within the Validation team, you will support process validation, cleaning validation and media fill activities while ensuring compliance with GMP requirements.

This is a documentation-focused role suited to candidates with experience authoring validation protocols and reports, analysing validation data, reviewing batch documentation and collaborating with Quality and Production teams within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Duties:

- Author and review process validation protocols and reports
- Support process validation, cleaning validation and media fill activities




- Analyse validation data and prepare technical reports
- Review batch and manufacturing documentation
- Ensure validation protocols are executed in accordance with requirements
- Coordinate sample collection and validation activities
- Liaise with Production teams regarding validation planning and execution
- Liaise with Quality teams to support GMP compliance and document approval
- Support new product introduction activities
- Assist with validation-related deviations, investigations and CAPAs
- Support process improvement initiatives and manufacturing operations as required

Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
- 3+ years' experience within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, consumer healthcare or cosmetics manufacturing environments
- Direct validation experience within a regulated GMP environment
- Experience authoring validation protocols and validation reports
