Colliers is seeking a proactive Property Accountant in Sydney's CBD to support property managers with accounting for REMS trust accounts and month-end reporting. You will ensure accurate reconciliations, prepare amortisation schedules, and assist with budgets alongside the property management team.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Real Estate accounting, a university degree, and CA/CPA qualification or progress. MRI experience is a plus, with robust MS Office skills and attention to detail.
