About the role

Our client, a reputable global business, is seeking an experienced accounts payable officer to join their team as soon as possible (can wait out a notice period for the right candidate).

Working with this supportive and friendly team-oriented environment, the role will suit an experienced Accounts Payable professional who is looking to expand on their experience and work for an APAC company based in South West Sydney!

The Responsibilities

Reporting directly into the Accounts Payable Team Lead, your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

- High-volume invoice processing.
- Processing supplier payments.
- Three-way matching.
- Supplier account maintenance and query resolution.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders across the business.
- Professional written communication with suppliers




- Supporting AP processes across multiple entities in the region
- Other ad hoc tasks as required

The successful applicant

- At least 3+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and have the ability to communicate confidently with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Solid excel skills: Vlookups, Pivot Tables etc.
- Driver license/car preferred (not easily accesible by Public Transport)
