The University of Melbourne is seeking a Change Implementation Officer in the Employment Compliance Directorate to lead high‐impact HR change and communications across faculties.
You will design programs that help staff understand recent employment expectations and strengthen compliance.
This role requires a tertiary qualification in Change, Communications, HR or business, plus experience with Prosci, HR policies, and tools such as SharePoint, Canva, MS365 Copilot and WorkDay.
