Your current role This is a varied and rewarding dual role where leadership meets hands‑on expertise. As a Commercial Site Supervisor / Carpenter, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.

What you'll need to succeed

- Supervising and coordinating site teams and subcontractors
- Managing projects from site establishment through to completion
- Opening and closing construction sites
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders




- Ensuring WHS compliance through inspections, risk management, and incident response
- Enforcing site rules and maintaining safety culture
- Reviewing plans, conducting quality inspections, and managing ITPs
- Completing daily site diaries and attendance records
- Supporting team performance and attending client and stakeholder meetings
- While this is primarily a supervisory role, there is an expectation to assist on the tools when required.

What you'll get in return

- QBCC medium rise licence
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
