Job Description

Rockhampton Regional Council is seeking two motivated Team Leaders to guide a small crew in delivering a diverse range of maintenance projects across the region, based in Rockhampton. The role offers leadership, outdoor work, and the chance to make a tangible difference in the community.

You’ll manage civil construction and maintenance tasks, plan and coordinate work, uphold Safety-First practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
