About the role

As we launch Plumbing Bros Moreton Bay, we're looking for an experienced Master Plumber to become a key part of the business from day one. This is not just another plumbing position. You'll join the business during its establishment phase, initially working hands-on while also taking responsibility for technical leadership, quality, compliance and mentoring. The business will service the Moreton Bay region and more than 20 surrounding suburbs, creating significant scope to build a solid local operation and team. As the business grows, we want this role to grow with it. For the right person, there is a genuine pathway from senior hands-on plumber into a leadership and management position, helping shape the team, standards and day-to-day operation of the business.

Key responsibilities

- Complete plumbing and gas works
- Provide technical leadership
- Mentor plumbers and apprentices
- Maintain quality, safety and compliance
- Support quoting and technical advice
- Liaise with customers,



suppliers and stakeholders
- Identify and manage job variations
- Support planning and scheduling
- Improve systems and processes
- Support recruitment and team development

About you

- Certificate IV in Plumbing / QLD Contractors Licence
- Current Queensland plumbing licence
- Gas fitting licence highly regarded
- Construction Industry White Card
- Current driver's licence
- Strong technical plumbing experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident working autonomously
- Interest in mentoring and leadership
