Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a flexible temporary opportunity within a professional legal environment?
We are seeking a capable and reliable Legal Secretary to provide support to a busy barristers' chambers during a period of leave.
This assignment offers a mix of full-time and part-time hours, with flexibility around scheduling.
Commencing on the 14th September.
Duties Include:
Digital dictation
Reception and front-of-house support
Document preparation and formatting
General administrative assistance
Supporting barristers in a busy chambers workplace
About You:
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant
Robust typing and dictation skills
Excellent attention to detail
Professional communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Available to commence in September




The Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded legal environment and provide valuable support during a temporary assignment.
There is also the potential for ongoing work following the assignment, with approximately 4 hours per day available on Thursdays and Fridays.
