An established joinery business is looking for an experiencedJoinery Manager or Supervisor to lead its manufacturing operation and help take production performance to the next level based in Aspley QLD.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on joinery professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems and making a factory run better. You'll be responsible from planning production and managing the team through to quality, safety, workflow and getting jobs out the door on time.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily factory operations, production planning and priorities.
- Manage schedules and identify issues before they become delays.
- Review drawings, specifications, materials, hardware and cutting lists.
- Maintain high standards of quality, workmanship and presentation.
- Improve systems, workflow, and efficiency.





We're looking for someone who is hands-on and knows how to lead a team. You'll ideally have:

- Qualified Cabinet Maker, Joiner, Shopfitter or experience in joinery
- Be a team player whilst keeping focused on your own responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge in reading plans, leadership and supervision
- Understanding of OHS and excellent attention to accuracy
