We have opportunities for a Manager to join our Agri team. As part of our advisory team, you will partner with businesses and investors across regional Australia to maximise their financial performance.

Inthisroleyou'llleverageyourtechnicalexpertiseandinterpersonalskillstomanageclientrelationships,mentorjuniorstaff,andcontributetothesuccessofourclients. Thisroleoffersachancetogrowprofessionallywhileactivelyparticipatinginfirminitiativesandfosteringacollaborativeworkenvironment.

We'reopentoapplicationsfromcandidateslocatedineitherWaggaWagga,Cooma,Goulburn,Dubbo,Moree,CanberraorSydney.

- ClientInteractionandManagement:Startyourdaybyaddressingclientqueriesandmanagingmultipleclientcommitments.You'llbethefirstpointofcontactforclients,ensuringtheirneedsaremetandexpectationsexceeded.
- FinancialReportingandAnalysis:Spendaportionofyourdaypreparingandreviewingyear-endfinancialstatements,taxreturns,andmanagementreports.You'llalsoassistwithcash-flowbudgetsandtaxplanning,ensuringaccuracyandcompliance.
- TeamCollaborationandMentorship:Engagewithyourteambycoachingnewmembers,providingconstructivefeedback,andparticipatinginfirminitiatives.

If you have some of the below experience and qualities, we'd like to hear from you...

- An interest in partnering with our clients and developing your relationship management skills.




- Have a tertiary qualification or be currently studying (qualifications in Business, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Agriculture would be advantageous).
- Public practice experience, undertaking advisory, accounting, tax, or audit work.
- Have completed postgraduate qualifications or have a willingness to undertake study in the future.
- Technology skills and a demonstrated ability to learn various systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Have permanent working rights in Australia.
