Overview

Trainer: WorkSafe Licences - Forklift, EWP, etc. Base pay up to A$100,000 per year plus Super and a A$5,000 sign-on bonus. Location: Werribee & Geelong. Role open to discussion on roster and may involve travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and relevant training and assessment services (combined theory and practical activities).
- Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meet ASQA/RTO Standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Supervise students, maintain engagement and motivation during training.
- Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation.
- Travel may be required to deliver training off-site.
- Perform other general duties as required.

Qualifications and Essential criteria

- Hold a Cert IV TAE (and upgrade units if required).
- Demonstrated workplace experience within a relevant industry sector.
- Be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check Card and a Police Check.
- Australian resident with a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.

- Ability to multitask in a busy RTO environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously when required.
- Strong prioritisation, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid experience as a Trainer/Assessor with current industry skills.
