Aspire4Life is seeking a Clinical Assessor to join our Nepean, NSW region. This full time role involves conducting holistic, client-centred assessments for residents and clients across homes and aged care facilities, with travel within Penrith, Katoomba and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in aged care assessment, strong communication, and IT proficiency, using My Aged Care to inform care planning. Training is provided, and a comprehensive benefits package applies.
