State Sport Centres Trust in Parkville, Melbourne, is seeking a Head Chef to lead the daily cafe operations, manage high-volume event catering, and design catering packages for functions.

You will supervise a small kitchen team, create nutritious seasonal menus for athletes and the community, and ensure food safety, OH&S;, and cost control. This role offers a versatile roster, daytimes, weekends, and occasional evenings, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic venues network.
