Assistant Buyer's Agent to support live client campaigns and drive off-market sourcing. This is a genuine development role where you'll learn the buy side properly, from someone who does it every day.

Key responsibilities

Prospecting and making outbound calls to agents across core markets

Supporting active campaigns: monitoring client communication, checking portals several times daily, tracking price changes, withdrawn listings and new stock

Preparing comparable sales research and reports

Distributing buyer briefs across agent network

Reporting daily activity and supporting general campaign administration

About you

1-3 years in real estate or an adjacent field

Reliable, coachable, and genuinely interested in building a career in buyer's agency

Solid communicator with real attention to detail





Composed under pressure and professional in every client and agent interaction

Available Saturdays, with a current driver's licence and your own vehicle

NSW Certificate of Registration, or willing to obtain one
