What You’ll Do

- Win new business across agriculture and meat processing




- Build and grow key client relationships
- Spot opportunities and turn them into revenue
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team
- Manage key accounts and commercial negotiations
- Work closely with operations to deliver a great client experience
- Manage pipeline, forecasting and sales performance
- Help shape the sales strategy and future growth of the business

About You

You’re commercial, confident and great with people. You enjoy getting out there, building relationships and making things happen.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- 3+ years' experience in sales, business development or key accounts
- A proven ability to win business and grow accounts
- Strong networks within agriculture and meat processing
- Great negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Leadership experience and the ability to get the best from a team
- Strong commercial and financial understanding
- PALM Scheme experience is a bonus, but not essential
