Join The Star Gold Coast as an Event Services Floor Manager , where you will be leading vibrant Events teams to deliver unforgettable events, conferences and exhibitions that wow every guest. You'll own the seamless execution of functions from planning through to delivery, driving operational excellence, standout service quality, and uncompromising safety compliance. Partnering closely with the Event Operations Manager, you'll champion workforce planning, team development, and the dynamic day-to-day operations that make each event shine.

- A proven leader who has thrived in premium events and conference environments and knows how to bring the best out of a team
- A hands-on, energetic presence on the floor who lives for rapid-paced settings and is genuinely passionate about crafting memorable moments for every guest
- An operational powerhouse who confidently juggles workforce planning, labour cost control, resource allocation, and end-to-end event delivery without missing a beat
- A service and logistics expert with sharp knowledge of food and beverage operations, event set-ups, and the venue standards that turn good events into great ones
- RSA accredited — with RMLV/Approved Manager status a definite advantage to keep our events running responsibly and seamlessly
- A flexible team player ready to shine when it matters most, including weekends and public holidays
