Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is seeking a Team Leader at the National Service Centre in Sydney. You will lead a national team of Customer Service Specialists, coach them to deliver outstanding service, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
The role is full time and permanent, with four days per week in the office across two Sydney sites. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Customer Service to meet strategic priorities and enhance customer outcomes.
