The Opportunity

As an Senior Structural Drafter, you will take ownership of drafting deliverables across a variety of structural projects, working closely with engineers and project teams.





This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who can confidently deliver documentation in Revit and contribute to project outcomes from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver structural drawings using Revit
- Work across concrete, steel, timber and industrial projects
- Coordinate closely with engineers and internal teams
- Produce accurate, clear and buildable documentation
- Follow and implement EDGE drafting standards and templates
- Collaborate with the BIM Manager and GC Drafting Lead (Become a go to with the DraftingLead)
- Assist in managing drawing outputs and project documentation
- Contribute to project delivery within deadlines
- Participate in internal reviews and continuous improvement
- Attend project meetings where required

About You

We’re looking for a capable drafter who can operate with a level of independence and technical confidence.

You will have:

- 4+ years’ experience in structural drafting
- Solid Australian experience in building structures
- High proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Exposure to AutoCAD (beneficial but not essential)
- Ability to deliver drafting packages autonomously
- Strong attention to detail and documentation quality
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn and align with EDGE systems

Eligibility
