Silver Chain Group is seeking a Home Care Worker in Parramatta and surrounding areas to support older clients in maintaining independence and wellbeing. You will perform home help and personal care tasks within a 60-hour fortnight schedule, with opportunities for paid training and career progression.

The role requires a Cert III in Aged Care or related field, a valid Australian driver's licence, and experience in personal care, manual handling, and medications.
