We are a busy, well established Fire & HVAC services company based in Western Sydney seeking an experienced Allocation / Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.
This is a fast paced, high responsibility role suited to someone who works well under pressure, adapts quickly and understands how to keep technicians productive while maintaining strong customer service.
The Role
- Allocate and schedule Fire & HVAC service technicians
- Match technicians to jobs based on their skills, licences and compliance requirements
- Liaise with clients to confirm bookings, access requirements and site contacts
- Coordinate internally to ensure materials and job requirements are ready
- Monitor daily job progress and completion through Uptick
- Prioritise urgent, reactive and compliance-related work
- Identify scheduling issues and escalate them to management promptly
- Maintain accurate job and scheduling information within the system
About You
- Fire industry knowledge or demonstrated Uptick experience is essential
- Previous scheduling, allocation or service-coordination experience
- Highly organised, with strong communication and problem solving skills
- Confident managing competing priorities in a fast paced workplace
- Comfortable working within a reactive, compliance driven industry
- Able to communicate effectively with technicians, clients and management
