Finity is seeking a reliable Team Assistant / Front Desk Host to be the welcoming face at reception in The Rocks, Sydney. This full time role combines Team PA support with a front-of-house presence, four days at reception and one dedicated day working directly with the team.
Based in NSW, you will coordinate meetings, handle admin, travel, events, and onboarding while maintaining confidentiality and delivering proactive support.
