About the Role
As a Diploma Educator, you will:
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's interests, strengths and development
- Build nurturing and respectful relationships with children and families
- Contribute to the planning, implementation and evaluation of the educational program
- Work collaboratively with educators and leadership to provide high-quality care and education
- Support children's wellbeing, learning and development in line with the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Build positive relationships with families and the wider community
About you
- Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Passionate about working with young children and supporting their learning and development
- Warm, caring, respectful and responsive
- A confident team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Committed to reflective practice and continuous improvement
- Reliable, professional and able to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Knowledgeable about the EYLF, NQS and National Regulations
