Help lead the team at Vivian Bullwinkel Lodge that wasopened in late 2007, situated in 85 Hester Avenue. Even thoughit is the smaller facility out of the two with 79 beds, thelodge still offers the same amount of care and services withpermanent and respite care. As a Registered Nurse with raafa, you'll provideexceptional clinical care while supporting and guiding apassionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding outcomesfor our residents.

- Registered Nurses with Mondayto Friday AM and PM availability
- Registered Nurses with Mondayto Friday PM and Night availability

InThis Role You Will





- Coordinate resident care, assessments and careplanning
- Deliver complex clinical care, including medicationadministration and wound management
- Monitor and respond to changing resident careneeds
- Collaborate with residents, families andmultidisciplinary teams
- Lead and support Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners
- Maintain high standards of clinical governance anddocumentation

Aboutyou

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- A passion for delivering person-centred aged care
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
