Junior Restoration Technician - Entry Level

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Restoration Technician to join our team.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the restoration industry. No previous restoration experience is required, as full training and on-the-job support will be provided.

About the Role

- Assisting with emergency make-safe and restoration works.
- Supporting water damage and structural drying activities.
- Assisting with mould remediation, fire restoration and cleaning.
- Setting up, operating and maintaining restoration equipment.
- Helping with site preparation, pack-outs and manual handling.
- Maintaining clean, protected and organised work areas.
- Communicating professionally with customers and team members.
- Completing basic job documentation and reporting.
- Following workplace health, safety and industry procedures.
- Assisting the team with emergency and after-hours work when required.

About You

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.




- Keen to learn a new trade and develop practical skills.
- Friendly and confident when dealing with customers.
- Able to follow instructions and work safely.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Organised and able to manage different tasks.
- Calm and positive when working in challenging situations.
- Previous experience in construction, cleaning, property maintenance, landscaping, carpet cleaning, warehousing or other hands-on work would be advantageous, but is not essential.
