We're seeking an enthusiastic and diligent weighbridge operator for work in the waste management sector. In this role you will support the day-to-day operations of the facility by ensuring the safe and accurate flow of materials.

About the role

Kempsey, NSW location

Shift hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Opportunity to work occasional weekends/public holidays

Duties may include:

- Serving as a primary point of contact, providing explicit directions to arriving customers and drivers.
- Inspecting, weighing and recording data for all vehicles entering and exiting the facility.
- Operating a stop-and-go light to allow customers to safely move through the facility.
- Providing high-quality customer service to site visitors.
- General labouring duties as required such as maintaining the cleanliness of the weighbridge area.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in weighbridge operating or similar is highly desirable
- Strong literacy, numeracy and computer skills
- Ability to pass a functional assessment including D&A; screen
