True Protein Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Specialist for a 6-month, full-time contract. You will be the first point of contact for the community across phone, email and live chat, helping with orders, product advice and more.

This hybrid role combines onsite work at the Northern Beaches office with work from home. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer-facing roles, excellent communication, empathy and a passion for health and fitness.
