Western Sydney University is seeking a Prospective Student Support Assistant to join the Hawkesbury campus team. This full time fixed-term role focuses on delivering frontline information to prospective students via phone, email and other channels, triaging queries and guiding applicants through next steps.

You will maintain records, update systems and escalate complex issues to senior staff, contributing to a smooth student intake process and positive first impression of the university.
