The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
- Ability to demonstrate McDonald’s KPI historical results / performance
Shift Management including training
- Set goals and action plans for the Restaurant within Shift Supervisor / Manager Responsibilities.
- Ensuring outstanding customer service and operations are a focus each day you work.
- Implementation and follow up of Food Safety procedures
- Oversee and manage staff, with selected Department responsibilities
- Ability to achieve financial budgets.
- Maintain WH&S; standards and cleanliness within the restauran
- Ensure security is strictly always adhered to.
- Restaurant Managers with a minimum of 5 years experience
