Homewell in Melbourne's North & West is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker / Personal Care Worker to support a NDIS participant in Oak Park. You will provide daily living assistance, compassionate companionship and trauma-informed, person-centered care.

Ideal candidates hold Cert III or IV in Disability, have experience with complex support needs and hold essential checks (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC).
