Role: Assistant Site Manager
n Location: Condobolin
n Salary: package of up to $105K incl. Super (Remote Allowance + Rental Allowance + Bonus)

Working alongside a team of Grain Handler undertaking grain handling activities to deliver a protected and effective service in the receival, storage and outload of grain via road and rail.
n
Coordinating day-to-day workflow of the team and support to attract, select, train, and develop permanent and casual team members
n
Developing and maintaining relationships with growers, customers, local community groups and internal stakeholders
n
Assisting the Site Manager to implement and review site budget, participate in site financial planning, and to achieve site targets (e.g.,



$/tonne targets, road haulage rates, receival/outload KPIs)
n
Supporting the resource planning for grain receival / outload activity during peak and off-peak periods
n
Supporting the planning and execution of scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance, grain protection, safety and quality activities and related reporting
n
Supervising a large seasonal workforce during our busy harvest intake periods, including at multiple sites.
