The Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne invites applications for a home-based care role within our Family Healthcare Support Team, delivering patient-centered care to children in their homes and communities across Victoria.

You will provide personal care, medical interventions, tube feeds and medications per care plans, travel to remote areas as needed, maintain safety, and coordinate with families and educators to support activities and education.
