About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers achieve positive outcomes.

In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve enquiries, negotiate payment arrangements, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Handling inbound & outbound calls with care and professionalism
- Resolving account issues and overcoming objections

What You’ll Need:

- Confident with Microsoft Office & quick to learn systems
- Empathy, resilience & emotional intelligence
- Great time management and attention to detail
- Experience within collections, customer service, financial services, or account management.
- Experience handling customer hardship or vulnerable customer cases.
