MacKillop Family Services seeks an experienced Strengthening Families Practitioner to support vulnerable children, young people and families in Melton and Brimbank.
This fixed-term, part time role (30.4 hours/week) delivers intensive outreach casework in homes and community settings, focusing on safety, wellbeing and family functioning.
