Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking a Conference and Events Operations Team Leader to lead the Bar Team during functions and events. You will work with Banquets supervisors to ensure seamless beverage service and maintain exceptional standards for all guests.

Ideal candidates have solid beverage knowledge, prior bar or event experience, RSA certification, and flexibility with rosters to support peak service periods.
