The Queensland Government seeks an experienced customer support/call centre officer to provide support in a high-volume inbound call centre setting in Maryborough. You will build relationships with customers and contractors, arranging responsive maintenance for government properties.

Your duties include creating work orders and reports, updating records, managing multi-channel customer calls, and engaging with callers to gather accurate information while de-escalating when needed.
