Job Description

Monash Health in Victoria is seeking an Operations Manager for Nephrology Acute and Satellite Clinics to lead Victoria's largest dialysis service across multiple sites. The role focuses on senior nursing leadership, delivering secure, coordinated care through a hub-and-spoke model with multidisciplinary teams.

You will oversee acute and satellite units across Monash Health including Monash Medical Centre, the Victorian Heart Hospital, and satellite dialysis units, with 13 direct reports.
