- Monday - Friday - Night Shift 6:00 pm to 2:06am
- 4 days on/4 days off - Night Shift - 12-hour Shift (Work Life balance - up to 200 days off per year for 4X4!)

The Opportunity

To support further growth, we are looking for Operators to join the maintenance team. You will be working closely with Maintenance Technicians and Operational teams working on computer systems to ensure the automated facilities and systems have maximum performance and availability in our 24/7 temperature-controlled plant.

Your role as a Automated Systems Operator

Key responsibilities:

- To operate and monitor NewCold systems and automated plant/equipment to meet OHS, customer and food safety standards
- Identify issues and implement resolutions




- Thoroughly investigate with the view to solve and raise information with the technical team when required
- Ensure that the administrative work for the logistical process is properly carried out and documented
- To be proactive in identifying and preventing risks and hazardous situations so that corrective measures can be taken
- Upkeeping and maintenance of operational environment to ensure cleanliness

Who we are looking for:

- Automation experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Supply Chain experience
- Knowledge of logistical and planning process and systems
- Knowledge of the products and how they should be handled
- Excellent problem-solving abilities along with oral and written communication skills
- Possesses physical strength and flexibility
- Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently and autonomously in a rapid paced environment
- Demonstrates excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Computer Literacy
- Actively participate and drive learning and development
