Job Responsibilities
- Support the Brand Manager and Marketing Coordinator with graphic design and marketing resource documentation
- Create and update marketing documents using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop based on existing templates
- Create current website listings and update existing website content and data
- Maintain and update administrative worksheets and records
- Edit product swatches, including updating background colors and adding grout effects to tile swatches
- Resize images and manage file naming conventions
- Create product labels with QR codes
- Organize and maintain digital files and folders
- Assist with website updates using platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and Textpattern
- Support email marketing activities using Mailchimp as required
- Perform general administrative and file management tasks using Google Drive
