You will handle inbound calls, provide friendly, accurate information, and guide customers through council services. The role operates 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with 3–5 days per week and 3+ month contracts likely with extensions.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, positive computer literacy, and a customer-focused approach, thriving in a busy team environment.
