We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Officer to provide support to our Berry and Illawarra teams.

Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service.

Assist with everyday banking enquiries, transactions, and support members to use our products and services with confidence.

What We’re Looking For

A friendly, people-focused communicator who enjoys helping others.

Someone who is confident working in a small, close-knit team.

Customer service or retail experience is ideal. Banking experience is helpful but not essential — we’ll provide full training.
