About You





- Passionate about early childhood education and child development

- Confident, collaborative, and committed to delivering quality programs

- Experienced in implementing the National Quality Framework in early childhood settings

- For Room Leaders and Teachers: leadership skills to mentor, guide, and inspire teams

Essential Criteria

- Educators : Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education

- Room Leaders : Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and a minimum 2 years experience in a Room Leading role

- Early Childhood Teachers : Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) with NESA registration

- Experience in an early childhood education role

- Strong knowledge of National Regulations, Law, and the NQF

- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Food Hygiene, and Child Protection training

- Current valid working rights in Australia
