About the Opportunity

n

We'relooking for a motivated and hands-onAssistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day operations atFulcrum Suspensions Stafford.

n

Working closely with the Store Manager,you'llhelp keep the store, customer service, sales, and workshop operations running smoothly while developing your leadership skills and stepping up to support the team whenrequired.

n

In this role,you'll:

n

n
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and step up as 2IC whenrequired.
n
- Deliver exceptional service to retail, trade, and fleet customers.
n
- Support sales through customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, recommendations, and follow-up.
n
- Help coordinate workshop bookings, job flow,



and communication between customers and technicians.
n
- Lead by example andprovideday-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
n
- Assistwith stock control, inventory, and ensuring parts are available for scheduled workshop jobs.
n
- Helpmaintaina safe, organised, and professional store and workshop setting.
n

About You

n

You could be a perfect fit if you:

n

n
- Have experience in automotive, retail, trade, workshop, customer service, or store operations.
n
- Are ready to take the next step into leadership, or already have experience as a 2IC, Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager.
n
- Have strong customer service and communication skills and enjoy helping customers find the right solution.
n
- Are confident supporting sales, quotations, bookings, and customer follow-up.
n
- Can stay organised and manage competing priorities in a busy store and workshop environment.
n
- Enjoy supporting others, leading by example, and getting hands-on when the team needs you.
n
- Have automotive knowledge or experience in suspension, steering, 4x4, tyres, mechanical, or automotive accessories – highly regarded.
