A leading food distribution company is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Branch Manager to lead its Brisbane operations. The branch, located in Brisbane, consists of approximately 15-20 team members across warehouse and office functions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee day‐to‐day operations and drive strong business growth.

Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high service standards.
n
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
n
- Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team of 15-20 employees across warehouse and office functions.
n
- Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
n
- Reporting: Deliver regular performance reports, insights,



and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Your Profile

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, operations, or branch/warehouse management within the food, FMCG, or distribution industry
n
- At least 2 years' leadership experience managing teams of 10+ staff
n
- Proven track record of driving and achieving sales growth
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Japanese
n
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead and manage branch operations
n
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management
n

- Experience in Asian food distribution or related industries
n
- Experience reporting to senior executives
n
- Robust negotiation and customer relationship management skills
n
- Knowledge of the Brisbane foodservice or wholesale market
